Personal hotspot using celcom

Hmmm anyone here tried personal hotspot when using celcom broadband before?
I use the sim card from the celcom USB modem,put it in and can use the 3G , but the personal hotspot does nit appear under settings>general>network |

u need to have tethering apn, not sure celcom allow tethering.
try reset network settings. |

after some search, it seems ipad2 cannot become as personal hotspot like iphone?
