@crocky and other Polo owners.
I have received deposit payment for a set of original VW Polo GTI headlights with DRL. So once it arrives and we attempt installation on the guinea pig, I will post up pics and prices but if anyone else to tumpang on this shipment, its savings of at least rm400-500(cos never done yet, so cant really promise anything hehe) Added on May 18, 2011, 5:26 pm QUOTE(Mavik @ May 18 2011, 05:14 PM) its crzy...20k ..i can use to put deposit on a 335i This post has been edited by jwrx: May 18 2011, 05:26 PM |

QUOTE(rosizzat1000 @ May 18 2011, 08:39 PM) just drive smoothly and without sudden stops/jerks. both GTI/TSI should be able to get 560+ easily on a full tankif your car is new and under 15k km, just relax and enjoy the car first..the FC will improve |

Look what my friendly mailman delivered to me: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « wa..wira....if u asked me..i would have give you free... I have like 20 sets sitting in my store for 3 years already... Added on May 19, 2011, 5:30 pm
guys if i just change the catless downpipe but keep stock muffler any difference? or must change downpipe + aftermarket muffler ?
its no point changing the downpipe without engine remap. your SC is a idiot, u change your DP, its 100% warranty void as you are removing a VERY important part of your cars exhaust system. This is how you should go about it. You just want your exhaust to sound/look good: change rear muffler You want performance + nice exhuast: remap + rear muffler (commonly known as Stage 1) You want more performance: remap + Downpipe with 300cel Cat (eg Miltek or APR) + rear muffler (Stage 2) You cant buy a APR DP without first having stage 1 APR remap This post has been edited by jwrx: May 19 2011, 05:30 PM |

QUOTE(JAL811 @ May 19 2011, 11:05 PM) I know i wrote one sometime back..but i cant seem to find it. But my thoughts on APR S1 below- Best value mod for any VW (Im biased towards APR, but ReVO and MTM would be more or less the same) - simple effective mod that puts a smile on your face and actually improves FC and smooths out your gerarchanges - Karl/john/adrian@ APR malaysia know what they are doing and have VW running in thier veins. - Most recent Sepang Time attack, APR cars took top 4 spots in conti category..beating 3 Renault RS250's below is my dyno results for APR S2 http://mod-shop.blogspot.com/2009/07/apr-revo-dynos.html This post has been edited by jwrx: May 19 2011, 11:29 PM |

QUOTE(cdwk2383 @ May 19 2011, 11:44 PM) hmm...from what I know, the Mk6 is different engine EA888. Mk5 is tfsi while MK6 is known as tsi....i think there sud be something different in there....haha yes its a newr engine, but there are only minor diffrences, the important bits like the K03 turbo, IC etc are the samemain diff between the EA888 and EA113 off the top of my head is its Chain driven instead of belts, new pistons/rings and has abit of valve timing interestingly the mk6 Golf R and Scirocco R actually uses the older EA113 |
