spotted 1 nice candy white GTI with golf R led and volks racing CE28 rims <3 @ shell near atria just now

then spotted alot of GTI's @ Warung Belly taman sea...
i see they always go there.. 1 bunch of Golf MK5 MK6 R32

i went there few weeks back and saw u guys but at that time i havent get my GTI yet...
ok bro i might drop by the next TT u guys have...
just now i pass by outside road and saw u guys there..

So when is their next tt??

guys if i just change the catless downpipe but keep stock muffler any difference?
or must change downpipe + aftermarket muffler ?

hrmm... void warranty or not im sure if that is voiding..
cause i asked the sales guy he said some parts can be modded just dont touch the engine and ecu..
i ask him if i change exhaust system to ABT or other aftermarket will it void the warranty.. he said wont..
can always change back to stock if anything goes wrong

now my plans are black rims, golf R led and APR exhaust

actually the 1st day i got my car i was already considering removing the resonator hahah     
just scared my car will sound like lorry.. but from some youtube videos it sounds quite ok

yea thats my old mk5 GTI....but mk6 figures will be very close, as its basically the same hardware

guys do our cars need turbo timer?
cause after a hard drive sometimes my oil temp goes until 110+ degrees...

yea same... mine been 125degrees hahaha
does VW have its own thing to cool down the turbos b4 the engine is completely off...

or is it recommended to put a turbo timer for hardcore pedal to the metal drivers like me?

my salesman told me GTI at the port arrived has 18" rims and sunroof
there are 5 new changes to the GTI which is unknown yet only know rim and sunroof..
omg.. my GTI is just 3 weeks old

Count me in for the petition! Let's try our luck man! I'm so pissed off as my SA already confirmed that there will be no additions to the GTI for the rest of 2011. I even said that if that I'm willing to wait if got additions even with a price increase. Now no price increase I lagi marah!

I agree that its commercial strategy but there are ways that the dealers could communicate to the potential buyers and still push for sales. I know they want to push existing stock but please do it ethically. The response from the dealer was very firm " it is confirmed there will be no additions to the new batch GTIs for the rest of 2011. You better buy now as its confirmed that there will be price increase of 8-10k as it is proven by Passat CC's 20k increase. VGM will not give any of those features unless the model is phasing out"

I mean if it's just one small addition like USB or start/stop button, then I can still give in la. But its a whole long list of new and expensive features! Let's march to VGM in a group and look for Mr. Andreas Prinz, MD of VGM. Even if we dont get anything, I still kam muan and make them stressed out a bit. But we have a to go in a bigger group la.
