[quote=gladfly,Jun 16 2011, 03:50 PM] Pelvin,
What to do..my SC says so one wor...I lazy want to argue with them aledi...given up on them. They say wil try to get waiver for me until today 2 months down nothing ...
Dont care la..since already pay 160k for a car..pay an additional 200 extra ..small matter lo.
That's the problem generally with us consumers, always shying away from pressing the company to rectify any problems free of charge (more so still within warranty), saying it's small change to rectify the problem with own money. So the company gets away with it everytime.

QUOTE(pelvin @ Jun 16 2011, 05:41 PM) but nothing else we can do about it.. VW management are all F**k*ng lanci already.. my cousin book the passat, then some how he write in letter to the boss to complain about something la, then in the morning, the branch GM called him up and scold him for complaining and force him to take back his deposit.. walan... like that oso can wor 1st time i hear... how can they treat customer like that... if not becos of the 30k increase (he book for old price), i think my cousin will take back deposit.. teruk man Pelvin, not wanna take sides but like jwrx mentioned, we must hear both sides of the story although lately it seems VW management is not treating the customers as well as they should due to the Passat stuck-in-port issue.
