i called the manager personally regarding the color option, wut he told 'these' GTIs come with all color but sadly its been booked by the customer who booked the GTI earlier. so the only option rite now is graphite blue and carbon gray.

from wut i heard and confirmed with my custom friend only 100 GTI will arrived with this spec. Custom will increased the tax for the coming soon GTI, yeah, mean that VGM will bring the GTIs with this spec for incoming batch and so on. so this condition applied same like passat cc. for customer who booked early of MAY wut VW did is called the customer regarding this matter and revoked all the discount, free services etc.

dun worry next batch coming in, the tax will increased as Passat CC, for current batch, nothing can be done, customer already booked, loan is approved, or some of them paying cash, and they didnt aspect to get this so called SE with this price... hmmm damage is done already

I did not make such statement! I did not get any confirmation on the specification until a few days back. Even then I did not commit to anyone on the specs until I saw the car. It was all hearsay before this and whatever possible that could be on the car was discussed so do not take that as a valid statement.

Your above statement got my sales person in trouble.

To set the record straight:

Golf GTI SE:-

Additional to the 2010 Golf GTI are:
1. Sunroof
2. 18" Alloys
3. Media in with USB cable. (Ipod, mini USB cables sold separately)
4. LED DRL Bi-Xenon Headlights
5. RCD510 touch screen Radio/6CD player
6. Cruise Control

However, I would like to state that the above information should not be accepted as an official statement. As I said, please refer to the appropriate channel if you require confirmation.

LOL at ur management and ur so called 'sales person' when he/she didnt gave us a right information regarding this so called SE GTI. my family booked 2 GTI and the damage are RM400++k and a wrong info? why we never been told earlier about this spec when we made a booking last MAY? sales strategy? fark off! in a world of IT we customer have a right to google and u WEARNES gave a wrong info and firing back at us? u conned us no such thing of SE edition when i have a legit source that cars with diff specs were in port?

my advice... stop treating the customer as they are fool enuf about sales and purchasing the car, the damage from ur side! wrong info even BANGSAR, SG BESI and AMPANG didnt sync about everything. too many other issue that my family totally not happy and rather not to discuss in here. again, if u are from management side it's not here to flame back ur customer, and wut kind of attitude was that? here is just the way u get a feedback rating from ur customer, not to flame us back! u better shut up coz the trouble is done from INSIDE. nuff said!
