Notice the shifter is also different. Looks like a Scirocco R grey line shifter, just like this:

cbx/jimmy can install it by modding the shaft.

simple procedure...karl can do it as well..just ask him to do it when remapping to APR  tongue.gif

just got back from yumcha....went for long test drive of a frens 335...from Chidas in TTDI..took penchala to MK and back to ttdi...

my only response is.... OMFG....damn thing is so fast...my balls shrink, its just so awesomely fast and comfortable.... I know everyone here is happy with thier VW...but somehow..you guys must go and borrow, beg steal and test a 335i

once you have tried the raw power of a inline 6, twin turbo, 3.0l....no going back.

Just as a comparison..this fren used to have a V-Spec R34 b4 the 335...and even he says the 335 is heads and shoulders above the R34
*
really lucky of you that you can afford to buy a 335i, my dream ride drool.gif
their comfort and refinement is indeed better than vw sweat.gif
so i guess you're getting the coupe, how about the rarer 335i sedan?

it's really fast in the straight and potentially can be much faster but i've heard the old e46 m3 is a better handler

getting a white one eh? i really fancy this red one and have yet to see an e92 non m3 that's red.

in the meantime perhaps you could bring your stage 2 300hp renault kangoo for the next tt tongue.gif

they definitely have different handling. and it's not because of the rim size.

i think you guys are too harsh on him, a gti is meant to be thrash and rm158k is okay price, and it's the SE version

accidents? just a minor one? any effects on the chassis?

Hello hello bro wink.gif Yeah seriously considering the Golf.. My WMW 6 years old already, so now in the market for new car and thinkin WVW would be a great match tongue.gif

The TSi is within reach but after test-driving the GTi kena racun already. So gotta really think before making the plunge. Mind & wallet says TSi, heart says GTi. Sigh!!

Anyone has any idea where to get/how much it would cost to get bluetooth phone connectivity installed on RCD310/510?? I find it a bit *meh* that BT doesn't come standard with the Golf :-/
*
since when you like speeding ? Tsi cukup la bro. ahaha. banyak duit sekarang whistling.gif

WVW? perfect plate for any VW too rclxms.gif WVW 671 rclxms.gif

38 psi? the recommended pressure at the fuel cover of my tsi says 2.3 bar all around for up to 2 person and light luggage. that's about 33 psi only. GTi's need more?

what's a good tire pressure gauge/monitor to get anyway?
*
yeah gti's need more
mk5 is 35 psi cold
mk6 38 psi cold
both allround
and both with 2 passengers and light luggage
how about driving alone?

Just want to ask one simple question. My left rear brake light not working, and I try to change it by myself (DIY). Since this is my first time, so need some advise how to do it. I saw there is a small cut on the cover, but its too tight to reach the bulb. Or, are we need to take out the whole cover  for that. BTW, mine is MK5 GTi.
*
i did dsg oil change and ask the bulb to be changed for free at exq marq

on the instructions perhaps try the manual or youtube

Its a BMW E36 M3 Evo,went old school yo as i wanted a manual and plus it was considerably cheaper than any new manual cars out there today.Waiting to join Mark in a Renault but looking at it in 2014 when theres a facelift 2nd hand one out for sale and at the 120 to 150k mark,as well know Renaults have 'pretty' good resale value. And i used the new 2wd dynojet. So i think pretty accurate.

BTW looks like new SE is out.
*
m3 e36 evo? helluva ride bro! might want to trade a gti for that tongue.gif

Guys and all the Golf owner,

Wanna ask if it is better to get a used MKV or a Golf TSI? What are the pro & cons. Not sure if this question has been raised but really appreciate for all the comment and advise. Thanks!!
*
mk5 gti has(over mk6 TSI):
electric driver seat
leather seats
17"/18" rims
more powerful/torquier engine
sportier suspension/better handling?
max remap for tsi is stage 1? mk5 gti could be up to stage 3

used car dealers are amazing, my best buddy just traded in his 100k+ km 07 GTI, the used car dealer sold it within a week......we estimate the dealer made at least 15k from the trade in price..... not counting the margin from the new car my fren bought from them

this is the unit...

170k for an mk5 gti? one helluva price
