My car everything terbalik than PE one..

Only PE will blink. My SE year 2009 also wont blink.
When I press the ODO meter when the fuel light light out, first balance 60km to KIOSK, then jalan after 60km,
meter show --:-- km..kinda scary...

Got one time I did travel on a highway rpm bout 3.4k constantly, for additional 30km plus before manage to find the kiosk.
Gila sial, kinda panic at that time..coz route destination suppose to be JB but due to the petrol indicator at the ODO meter shows --:--, have to exit at Senai.

i dun understand...urs is not PE?

guys need ur help.. always happens whn it rains...

whn i turn my car off. the radio would still be on.. and it jus hangs.. no button can off it. i restart my car also no use. it jus seems to not wanna off..

so usually wat i do is i hv ot remove the car batter wire and reinstall it to reset everything... this is quite a hassle.

any better solution.? was thinking of removing the transistor (those colored small two pin thingy) frm the circuit box but i cant find the label radio..

That color thingy is called fuse. The radio and the car alarm fuse is located at the center which protected with a brown color plastic. Not sure PE the same or not..My fuse just blowed last week after doing some interior mod.
accidentally kiss the positif..lesson learn...

Nope.. Got difference in the engine also.. New ECU.. Continental S9 ECU.. 2 cooling fans.. Better insulation.. Very nice meter.. etc etc..

His is the Persona IAFM.. Not PE... His car verything terbalik.. We all use Esso and Caltex gives good power and FC.. For him have to use Shell or petronas one.. Our car tire pump 34psi the back will tire lock under hard braking.. His one wont wor but the brake system all the same..

That time didnt think of it mah.. Cos was busy chatting with her.. But forgot to take her number in the end..

First of all, what year is the Persona H-line that u checked was manufactured? Chances are, it's not a PE. Which would mean, it's using a 16 bit ECU with old meter design and old bodykit design. The new 1 is at 59k, but u get a new car of course. My suggestion is, if u really like the PE but not willing to spend so much on a new car AND that the 2nd hand H-line is in good condition, I'd say u go for the 2nd hand one, and spend some extra money to facelift the entire car to look like PE. ECU isn't that important actually; I'd rather have the old one if u ask me.

Wanna ask cannycool tinted priced rm160 is valuable or not for PE?what type u all recommended?how much budget?

Sorry for the late reply. Well it seems like there are many other members who have already replied ur question & problem.

Anyway, my advice is, if reconnecting the car battery still presents the same problem over time, then perhaps the problem is with the player itself. Removing the fuse isn't gonna help any further if cutting the power supply didn't do the trick.

And u did say that it happens always when it rains. There might be a short circuit somewhere with the power supply to the radio/head unit. Go get it checked by any accessory shop. If that's the problem, the solution would be a simple taping-up of the wires that are exposed.
