Don't know wan to install another on it or not. The dogs out there more likely to disturb if u have  double tint.
Our car already has arb so no need. smile.gif

It's ok wan lah.. Stock tint also actually very light only.. Cannot see difference also..

QUOTE(panda*Pan @ May 19 2011, 08:21 AM)
morning guys....

i got a question for those who already went to CoSE for service...
if u guys check in at 8, what time finish?
*
Depends on crowd.. For lube service only takes around 1.5hrs to get done, plus invoice takes another 45mins.. Total 2hr15mins to get in and out..

QUOTE(panda*Pan @ May 19 2011, 08:46 AM)
i'm planning to install this since when i carry 3 ppl at rear seat my PE feels like sampan, but someone PM me n say the only cons bout this thing is d bouncing rate is quite high when doing high speed and dangerous for high speed cornering. He suggest to install this with a rear ARB to be safe...

anyone else got experience / opinion on this product?
*
Its not a good thing actually cos the buffer spreads the spring extension to the other parts of the spring instead of sharing the load equally.. It creates fatique for the springs and it spoilts earlier.. Our PE comes with a stock ARB that is 13mm thick.. Try upgrade to 16mm and install harder spring + adjustable absorbers at the back.. setting set it to 4k.. Then it shd be ok..

QUOTE(ckdenion @ May 19 2011, 08:54 AM)
if i wanna go tint n i dun wan d factory fitted tint...can ask them to remove rite?
*
Yeah.. But they will charge a removal fee for u..

QUOTE(KKW @ May 19 2011, 11:54 AM)
Chey.. We m-line tak ada  cry.gif
I planning to install one more layer to windows and back..
Now days the sun very brighter  rclxub.gif
That problem can solve like using zeng method right?
Cut the tint smaller?  hmm.gif
*
My method as in? Leave a gap at the edge there to prevent rubbing against the rubber? Yeah.. that one sure can..

Our car ARB only 13mm.. After market ARB normally comes in 16mm, 19mm, and 23mm.. 19mm is the max u shd go.. 23mm will tear ur springs out at the first corner.. haha..

QUOTE(narbz83 @ May 19 2011, 01:51 PM)
Hi guys, do anyone here installed "air / fuel ratio" meter on your Persona? Any workshop around Selangor / KL to recommend?
*
U can try going to Sunway area there.. Search for most of the shops.. They normally do installation for that.. U can start at Kakimotor if ur wallet is thick.. If not go online and buy a AFM and then go install it in one of the workshops there.

I suspect when idling there is no sound and the sound only appears when there is load and the gears are engage..

So the best way to listen to the sound is install a full bucket seat(like mine one la) and install it infront of the bonnet and let ur wife sits on it to hear the sound..sure can hear wan...
Pros : while u are able to diagnose where the sound comes from,ur wife also can have some fresh air and also see the view ma..tongue.gif

Cons : very dangerous..dont EVER EVER try this at home and without the supervision of Sam..whakaka.. rclxub.gif

JKJK...Cant tahan laughing while finishing this post..
BTW sam,i notice ur wife is very supportive and a buddy in u modding ur ride ar..very good companion in deed..Thumbs up for u..smile.gif

Added on May 19, 2011, 2:25 amOne more thing to share...HAve u guys ever try to clean the air con filter located below of the glove box(storage box or wateva box u all called it) just below of the front passenger seat??

Well,i tried to wash last wk and found the design is not the same as the one being posted earlier(a more chapalang type) and harder to remove the filter out..anyways,just to share...

For semi synthetic oil that can last.. Castrol Magnatec 10W-40 is the best u can get.. For Fully synthetic oil go for Castrol Edge 5W-40 (dont use 0W-40 as its not suitable for our engine) or Caltex Havoline 5W-40..
