Gain wise BOT more. Standalone ECU costs about RM 4k for a reputable one, BOT abt RM 7k. Standalone fiddles with the car's tuning to push out another 3-5 WHP, BOT gives like 30% gain.

It's not really gains la.. Unlike exhaust system that utilizes smoother air flow for better engine breathing, thus increasing HP, LCP doesn't actually 'increase' ur car's HP.. It just reduces inefficiencies and 'free up' lost HP..

So u might gain WHP but the BHP or engine horsepower remains.. U get what I mean? wink.gif

LCP costs anywhere between RM 250-600 depending on weight, quality, dampening, material used, and so on.

Agak Agak? I only give accurate & exact figures laugh.gif

Each pound removed gives approximately 2.7 WHP. Our standard crank pulley is about 1.9 kgs. Mythelogy LCP weighs 632gms. So approx 1.3 kgs removed, 1.3 x 2.2 = 2.86 pounds. 2.86 pounds x 2.7 whp each pound, u get approx 7-8 WHP. Of course, these are just rough estimates.

I know.. I used to have 12 inch DVC DM subs from Kenwood, Alpine, Adam's, Mohawk & Rockford.. But I duwan bass too strong lah.. Going for SQ d.. If really wan bass only I could have gotten double 12 inch DVC DM woofers with the same amount of money I spent on my front component alone..

Sam's LCP ~900-915gms. If it's too light, like works' engineering LCP @~400gms, u will have problems going uphill. Also, the rev drop will be much more obvious. Aircond won't be that cold, now I usually turn my Aircond knob to 3-4 clicks compared to last time 1-2 clicks. Power steering may become heavier (applies to underdrive pulleys). Alternator may not charge the battery efficiently.

Ok, I'm gonna be honest with u. If u replace the original exhaust system it's gonna be slightly noisier compared to stock as u remove the restrictors to improve the air flow. 4-2-1, swirling bullet, midbox & s-flow gives best performance, but u'll get a bit metal noise due to the thin wall of swirling bullet. Piping remain stock.

By doing hard braking from 100-40kmh for about 10 times, den drive like normal to let the brake pads cool off, then hard brake again for 2-3 times.
