CASTROL Magnatec? There's only 10W-40 and 10W-30 in the market now. 10W-40 semi synthetic comes in 4L packagings, 10W-30 comes in 3L packagings. Go for Castrol Edge 5W-30 if u can afford it. Better. And be sure not to mix up Castrol Edge and Castrol Edge Sports, as the latter is too thin for our engines.

Okay, here comes the videos that I've promised!

Now, some of you might have experienced some 'tak tak' sound coming from the rear right passenger door whenever the car goes over road bumps, corners, or when the road is uneven. This may be caused by the rubber sealing on the car that turns dry after the car was parked under the sun or exposed to heat for too long. This method of identifying the source of the noise has been proven multiple times on a few members' car: Zapdos9, lhongwuh, and even my own car, and it's proven to work. However, this is not a permanent solution. The spray serves as a softener and conditioner for the rubber so that when it's rubbing against the door, the smooth surface of the rubber will reduce the friction with the door, therefore eliminating the noise altogether. It had to be applied regularly as the rubber tend to dry up pretty quickly. This is the only alternative solution to the mentioned problem, apart from having the whole rubber strip replaced. Please watch video 1 on how to identify the noise mentioned. Pay close attention to 0:12 and 0:27 to get a clear idea of what the noise sounds like.



Video 2 below on how to double confirm that the noise is indeed caused by the rubber, and the troubleshooting involved as well as proof that the noise is eliminated.

Maybe la.. He got a 2nd hand Myvi when he wanted a R3 Neo.. That's why started his own conversion.. See properly, got 1 small R3 logo there samore..

LoLs... go do balancing. My friend's Accord never do alignment n balancing.. Last year crashed at Genting.. Luckily never total loss still can fix..
10w-40 4L. European countries got 5W-40 Magnatec 4L, but here damn hard to find la.. Our PE uses 3.75 L engine oil to be exact..
Wait till u kena la.. then ur balls will shrink to the size of a green pea.. Then u'll know...

My feet also quite itchy leh but I still maintain my below 2.7k rule. Everytime see empty 3rd lane or midlane got ppl hogging the road at slow speed, kaki sure very itchy.

Mag shop at seri kembangan... sponsored by Meguiers product, do lots of big car one.. just now got one AMG 55.. always see a GTR waxing there.

I like the worker there very fast and detail in doing there job, also they practice proper washing step, which they wash and rinse the top part of the car 1st and use another sponge to wash the bottom then fully rinse.

And the shop is well equipped too... got proper lighting for detailing.

The waxing i go for is the regular one...no money ma... if you want premium wax, which i previously applied when i go for the mydeals 3steps deal, that will cost you rm60, and well worth the money compared to others, the car finishing can water beading one wei..
