Sorry it not met ur expectation but most of NBP buyer satisfied with what they got. Regarding during rain, as my experienced, it depend on the road surfaces ... some we can see and some difficult to see. Further more as I said, since it performance better thn std bulb, it should be better in rain or not ... just how much better! Thanks. btw if you install by ur self, please make sure it correctly install, wrongly install will get different result.
