imo the reason why the red looked harsh was because Nani actually jumped to avoid the tackle...and of coz this isnt helped by referees' inconsistency, think we've all seen worse tackles not punished accordingly

two footed, off the ground, scissor kick is a red any day...winning the ball is just secondary smile.gif

i'd be lying if i'd say i never seen United players escaped sending offs...decisions like these are judged at split second at referee's discretion, not to mention different referees can judge a specific scenario differently
