They sacked Avram Grant after they got relegated...

hired him in the 1st place is wrong.. :/

avram is sh*t .. during his time with chelsea also same ..

it's not all avram's fault

west ham is like tottenham in the nineties.stupid management,no stability,owners want instant result,signing big names that they don't really need,benchwarmer that been sucking piles of quids from the club without any remorse,etc

fcuk them.hoping both david(sullivan and gold), take this harsh lesson to their heart and do some restructuring on the club.west ham isn't poor(hell they have the budget that could make clubs like everton jelly),what they need is a good manager,stability and all new rosters to totally replaces the current one.they have the quality to play in EPL...it's the sustainability that they lacked
