With all due respect to Blackpool and their fighting spirit which actually saw them win their match last night, I feel that while resting players are on Man Utd's book, the manager and players wont let good home record to a waste. Maybe a draw at most.
As for Birmingham, Tottenham will make sure they finish as high as possible. It may seem like they might wanna skip Europa cup for a season to prevent fixture congestion, but i never buy into the "lose on purpose" agenda. If so they could have easily lost it to Liverpool ytd. So Tott to go atop here, so Birmingham to stay on 39th points. Not to mention Tottenham is playing at home. Expect to see some heroic actions from both keepers, especially Foster.
Wigan on the other hand is playing Stoke. Just coming from a FA Cup devastating defeat, they will play City again with low morale just a few days before the last game, meaning they play 3 games in 8 days. Stoke (low morale + fatigue + nothing else to play for) vs Wigan (never say die attitude as shown in last nights match + survival mode ON), i see Wigan do a Great Escape.
As for the Wolves v Blackburn game, i can see wolves at least draw the game as they play home, meaning both team survive with 41 points each. If Wolves win, they will have 43 and Blackburn with 40 but Blackburn still survive due to massive goal difference (unless Blackpool pull off an OT upset with a win). If they lose though, they had better hope both Blackpool or Birmingham do not win because them losing would mean dropping by points if any of the 2 win, or flirting with GD if both the other teams drew.
So for me, Birmingham will drop with 39 points, Blackpool as well with 39.
But heck, anything can happen in football
