Izit tinyumbrella is a legal program to perform downgrade let say if ipad 2 can be downgrade ady ... Will it void apple warranty?...

Theoretically, if you saved the iPad 2 4.3 SHSH locally via TU, you should be able to downgrade the iPad 2 via the TSS local server.
I saved my 4.3 SHSH but I have not upgraded to the latest version (still on 4.3). I can try upgrading and then downgrading but that is too much of a hassle to prove a point. |

Nothing wrong to use TU to downgrade the firmware. Warranty issue arise if you send in an iPad in a jailbroken state which won't be the case since there is no iPad 2 jailbreak as yet. |

If u send for warranty, most probably u will get refurbish or new unit. No point doing downgrade. Just restore to latest ios will do.
