change theses 2 things: 1. get value RAM since ur not gonna do OC, cheaper as the performance RAM will offer minimal difference for the $$ 2. Get Win7 Home Premium 64bit, its enough features for u and can support RAM setups more than 3.5Gb Yes 600W is good enough for Gtx560 SLi overall ur system is ok
