Actually Asia is bound under Japan. Servers are in Japan not HK. HK is just a support side. I read this somewhere long time ago so dont have the source now.

Unbelievable that PSN gets hacked again. Jeez, I really do not understand why the do it again. Its not funny anymore. Its just frustrating for us users now.
