-turn yard to wet kitchen with window and grille (please refer pic below)  ---what is ur kitchen size? tiling? table top?
-paint my unit condo, size 1183sqft include door.  (just workmanship coz plan to buy paint myself)  ---rm1,800
-installation of 4 airconds (3 for room and 1 for living room)  ---rm600
-lighting and 4 celling installation installation...  ---lighting rm10 n ceiling fan rm30
-installation of 2 water heater  ---rm80
-some minor water pipe checking or fixing gasket head or leaking as well as toilet flusher...  ---labour charge only
