minor renovation, roughly how much

just wan to get some advise from your sifu before kena parang
how much if wanna do some minor reno as below: -turn yard to wet kitchen with window and grille (please refer pic below) -paint my unit condo, size 1183sqft include door. (just workmanship coz plan to buy paint myself) -installation of 4 airconds (3 for room and 1 for living room) -lighting and 4 celling installation installation... -installation of 2 water heater -some minor water pipe checking or fixing gasket head or leaking as well as toilet flusher...   |

and i tot just the yard to wet kitchen will cost almost 10k.... gotta retile, do cement top, cabinet, windows, grille, sink, tap, piping, maybe wiring, hood, hob
