They have to release. Because people have voiced out that WinPhone 7 is crap since cannot play game and buy sw in Malaysia. And to play game on WinPhone 7 you need XBL account for achievements and WinPhone Marketplace to get games in the first place.

I already voiced my discontent to Nokia support the other day. Since Nokia is switching to WinPhone 7. Talked sense into them- that OVI store and N-Gage is way better than WinPhone Marketplace and XBL because it's available in Malaysia, and losing Ovi+N-Gage in favor of WinMarketplace+XBL will be like taking 10 years worth of steps back since Malaysians will end up with paperweight. Hence push MS to make to make WinPhone Marketplace and XBL available in Malaysia or you wil surely see your phone sales in the country drop.

But you need a Singaporean Live account rite? That's what I understand from the local WinPhone 7 blogs I read for research floating around. Thing is, I'm not allowed to have a Singaporean account for some reason. My mom found out I was using my uncle's address for XBL and forced me to close the account in front of her and made me promise never to make another account in Singapore. Dunno why, she just dun allow.

US account is okay though. That's why my XBL account is US. But then difficult to get credits and XBL Gold with US account. Why my account is only silver right now.

That's why I hoping Malaysia will finally get XBL. At least dun have to pay through nose for gold account and credits.

I take it you're the type who rather play online games at cybercafe...

XBox Live allow you to connect your XBox to internet so you can play with friends online. Its like being able to play network game from home.
