use the superglue method or just layer the male connection with 2 or 3 layers of gundam marker. that will do it .

haha, same prob with me.

heres how i fix it.
1. the head, i just cement it together. dont want to ever open it again.
2. the chest armor, i just put some superglue on the connecter, let it dry a bit. then it will be tighter and less loose.
3. the backpack. i trim the pc part then use the superglue method on the male part. so, doesnt loose anymore.
4. use hairdryer for the beam part. heat it for half a minute, then sandwich it between two books. straight again like magic.

and heres my finished Deathscythe Ver. Ka.

basically, i use a sharpie marker (green one in this case), then just color the whole beam effect,
then take some zippo lighter fluid, jab it a little bit, then it became like that.
