Just finished my Dragon Momoko Deathscythe Hell. Everything is great, except for the ankle. I don't know if this is the same with the B*ndai and TT kits, so that's why I'm asking. Im talking about the polycap at the bottom of the leg that connects to the ankle part which connects to the foot. Is that poly cap wobbly? I noticed it when I was building it, but I didn't think that it would be a major problem. Seems like I was wrong, it either balances to the rear or balances to the front.
I just want to know if this is supposed to be like this? And is this the case for the TT kit? Same for B*ndai kit too? Added on December 24, 2011, 6:43 amOh and is there any known fix for it? I'm thinking about just glueing the poly cap in place. This post has been edited by QuangVuong: Dec 24 2011, 06:43 AM |

The Dragon's one is indeed like what you have mentioned, but this doesn't seems to happen on Bandai or TT Hongli version... Have you tried sticking some blutag inside?I just want to know if this is supposed to be like this? And is this the case for the TT kit? Same for B*ndai kit too? Well seems that the Dragon kit has that problem then. And there's a small gap between the front and back chest piece too. I reckon that's all the problems of the the Dragon kit.

I'm thinking about just glueing the poly cap in place. the backpack dont even want to go into the back, i trim it a bit (thinking of supergluing it later) happen on ver.ka only. the waist is also very loose, i use the superglue method the head of course, has gap and didnt fit nicely, so just cemented it. and of course the connecter to the leg at the hip, loves to "tercabut" and tht little piece on the front and back skirts, tht i glued. other then that, its all good for mine. all the things that like to pop off, i just glued it. as long as it stays there and can do posing and all, im ok with gluing some part permanently. Seems like the TT kit has a lot more problems. If Dragon Momoko starts making more kits, it could turn out to be the best bootleg brand.
Anyway I'll try to get some pics up of my kit in a few hours. |
