i dont understand why Sime would want to build a bridge to help out PV existing owners. there's no benefit to Sime to build a bridge. they'd rather keep it to themselves for the future buyers at the other side of the road instead of benefiting PV owners and get no value in return.

QUOTE(4shiung @ Apr 23 2013, 07:34 PM) Why you don thinkj will help out SIME DARBY FUTURE OWNERs for what purpose? LRT? are you really thinking those who would live in new development area near Taman Melawati interested in a bridge to walk on top of it to go all the way to the other side to take the LRT? the selling price and profile of Sime's master plan at that location is for higher end buyers who are more likely to travel by car to destinations instead of walking or taking LRT. other than that, what else is interesting at the other side of PV for SIME owners to go for? most of the stuffs would already be provided by Sime's master plan over the side of Taman Melawati development.

lol. you say that because you're invested in PV. if Sime really do build it, very big advantage to PV owners at big cost to Sime. we'll see whether they'll really build a bridge crossing over 6 lanes of traffic or not
