I'm going to service 20k soon.. And sometimes i'm having rattling sounds from my door. Do I need to print this out and told them what they supposed to do? heh.

i'm not really sure. i think i will print this out and give to them later on. mine is 6speed, occasionally have rattling sound.. aish
