Sorry i'm a bit confused here. Does the EX come with USB port or not? Bcoz in the pricelist its stated as having Integrated Audio with MP3/USB/IPOD Connectivity but in the specifications page, it doesn't say so. This is from the official site.

Can someone verify? Thanks smile.gif

I hear its currently 2.6-2.7% depending on your track record and documents.

About service centres, i read the FAQ on the main page saying that Jalan Chan Sow Lin and Selayang are the two best centres. But i'm staying in Subang Jaya & thats a bit far off. Where is a nearer option to my place that also provides professional good service? Thx

Since we're on the topic of paint & external body care...

Has anyone tried using 'Permanon Car Supershine' or anything similar?

Mind to share your results & feedback. Thanks smile.gif

Is there a significant improvement for 6-speeder vs 4-speeder versions?

Bro, u have to test drive forte 2.0, sure you will love it laugh.gif

Actually before i buy forte, i'm consider to get Inspira. But 1 of my friend ask me to go test drive Forte ( before this, i still dunno anything about forte )..... after test drive... wow, everything was so impress me, can't tahan anymore... direct place my order and get my car within 20days laugh.gif

Now i still very enjoy to drive it , hahaha

Nahh, 2.0 is too much for me at the moment.

Went for a test drive today at Kia Glenmarie and instantly fell in love with it.

But SA said now they have 2 options of the 1.6SX. Apparently one comes with bodykit+GPS+tinting but without reverse camera+electronic foldable mirrors+bluetooth, while the other is vice versa. And being a branch, the SA says he cant offer much else except for a steering lock wink.gif

Should i be visiting a dealer offering more stuff instead? hmm.gif

Went to the Kia Test Drive On Tour yesterday at the curve.

The salesperson wasn't very keen on selling anything. I believe his KPI is just to get as much test drive as possible for the week. Only managed to drive around The Curve area (yes with all the bumps!), didnt even get past 2nd gear.

And the only promo they have is free GPS.

Of coz u can be in d running to win a 1.6EX, but ur chances are 1 in hundreds of thousands of participating m'sians tongue.gif

Adding on to this 2011 vs 2012 question, how do we count when the date starts? Car registration date?

Meaning, there's no sure-fire way of guaranteeing we'll get a 2012 car when bought in Jan 2012?

Got 2 questions to ask sifu's here:

1) I read somewhere that when we refuel (usually for full tank) we should just fill the tank until the pump stops on its own and to not pump in a few more drops (usually to round it up to the nearest ringgit).

Is that true and what is the reason for that?

2) How do u guys calculate or record the fuel consumption? Is it just by using the one's displayed on the lcd screen of the forte or just divide the fuel amount with the kilometers clocked?

Thanks smile.gif
