Probably recommended to install? I have been playing it a ton today so maybe that's why but with a quick Google search can see it randomly happens to some people too. should be nothing to worry about .... the dvd laser pick-up probably just skipped a bit. |

eh sorry, it's CVI check.
basically it check for the disc quality, MS deduce that pirate copy disc quality is much lower than pressed disc (original disc) hence this check, once the console assume the disc quality is not up to standard, it will stop playing the disc and flag you for ban, as what happen with Forza 4.
but the problem that MS didn't anticipate is badly pressed disc, scratches disc, and dying dvd lens will also give results of not up to standard disc quality. Forza 4 have this CVI check and MS banned many Europe consoles because the PAL disc is badly pressed but the console is assuming it's a pirate copy. MS have since unban most of it. but we won't know if MS decide to continue with this CVI check.
