Hi guys

i have a problem here. Initially when i bought the ipad 1 64gb 3g i can use the Digi broadband sim card without issue. Till yesterday my ipad 1 got signal bar but it give error when wanna connect to internet. 'Unable to activate celular data"

I have try to restore but cannot fix.
I havef try to take out the sim and put in my iphone 4 see can use or not and no issue on the sim in my iphone 4.

I send the unit to epicenter and now they tell me can surf with their maxis sim card..

So what really is the problem and how to fix it..

help..

ios 4.3.3 and no jailbreak.

try using old firmware

wad digi plan u use nw?

Did u plug in ur iPad + Digi simcard inside to itunes and update the cellular ?

have u change the VPN settings to 3gdgnet??

Yes my Digi akso giving me problems similiar to yours. Time to say bye bye to Digi

i try reflash many time useless..end up i try something ..i change 3gdgnet to diginet and now problem solve..wtf..i really dont understand cause my card is a broadband only sim card so should be able to use 3gdgnet and i have been using 3gdgnet for weeks till now.. anyone know what is the dif between diginet and 3gdgnet?

Plug in ur iPad + Digi simcard inside to ur computer and c whether there is any update for ur cellular or not

Ive done that on my iPad 2 and no hassel

i have try that earlier update cellular..no use one..

Lets troubleshoot again :

1.Use the Simcard and try Safari or go google with iPad (1. working , 2.not working , proceed to number 2)

2.Use the simcard with iPhone at the same location and position where you use your iPad on troubleshoot (1.It can online , go to 3 , 2. It cant online , go to 4)

3.This means your iPad got complications , try restore or upgrade to the latest iOS , if still presist , send it to warranty

4.This means your Digi Broadband has no coverage

thanks for the suggesstion but i have solve the problem vy changing the apn to diginet.

diginet vs 3gdgnet

Diginet is APN for postpaid sim cards

3gdgnet is APN for mobile broadband simcards

I think both are the same if it works

yeah to me as long as can go net is ok..
