1) Put observers around your bases like Zerg would put their Overlords to spot for incoming drops. Observers are cheap anyway. Pay attention to minimap often.
2) Some cannons near mineral line will be good to snipe that dropship.
3) Mid to late game, DT deny drop quite efficiently. Warp in some DTs when a drop is coming.
4) You need Zealots to counter Marauders and tank damage. Treat them as compulsory unit in your army. Good FF + Zealots + few colo rape MMM easily.

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ May 13 2011, 09:56 AM) Added on May 13, 2011, 9:58 amfunnily, why everyone is advocating the use on zealot when a while back then on the protoss thread i've heard they are useless? wwwwwwwwwww IIRC the thing you all were arguing on was the usefulness of Zealots in PvZ, not PvT.

There are surely differences as in the case of "slowlings" and "speedlings" in that you can get to your enemy faster without having to spend all the stupid time of chasing while your attack cooldown already completes like 10 seconds ago.
Speed doesn't just mean moving faster. It indirectly increases the DPS.

I thought you are talking about general usefulness. And now you are talking about their origin form.
I know, boys and girls were, yes, monkeys.

As necessary as "Would MC haters hate Nestea too?".

QUOTE(Quazacolt @ May 13 2011, 10:08 PM) now while i am quite DECENT (read: bronze) with starcraft 2, i will leave it up to the archaeologists or historians to on the whole monkey remark. Added on May 13, 2011, 10:08 pmi dont know man, he kinda called you a monkey. you bending over that? Added on May 13, 2011, 10:09 pmflying DTs man, he have a point. Well since someone wants to talk about history of species instead of general usefulness, so I'll just follow how the topic goes instead of being off-topic. Eh wait, now you're getting mad over the whole monkey remark? Sorry about that and I hope you don't get offended like a butthurt monkey.
