so unlucky last night i had an accident..
parked my car in front of a shop.. suddenly a motorcyclist rammed to my driver's door..
the door had minor 'kemek' but the rider was in very bad shape.. his left leg broke..
he said the throttle was stuck.. i called ambulance to fetch him to the hospital..
this morning went to lodge a police report.. one insurance agent came to me and asked me what happened..
i just told him and then he just said "encik itu rider can claim on your insurance".. wtfishhh.. i don't do anything..
"skrg punya law klu moto rider langgar kereta , x kira dia salah, klu dia ada patah kaki atau tangan dia boleh claim your insurance".. wthorsee..
and then went to see the 'pegawai penyiasat', he also said that this kind of case is usually sided to motorcyclist..
man what kind of law is it..
tomorrow will go to see my insurance agent to discuss more about this thing..
hope luck will be on my side..

That's y i say, CPS not that power haha. Abit more then regular, but not that fast, wait till they launch Myvi 1.5, i think our pride will hurt most, imagine getting pawned by Myvi left and right, i need to save up for 4g93t or BOT my cps now...

Luckily I managed to buy a landed 22'X65' single storey terrace house for 113k in 2004. That is a good thing when you work outside KL (village area).

the places you mention lagi killer dari shah alam  better beli cepat2. prop price area klang valley ni naik laju cam roket. kadang2 aku pikir apsal tak naik sampai 100% setahun. biar padan muke sume org xdpt beli rumah. onwer dgn agen pon padan muke xdpt jual rumah (ayat bengang)
