Azzurri 0 - 2 Croatia
there goes our 25 matches undefeat streak (or is it 26 ?). anyway, there were no WC winners at all in the squad for this match, apart from Amelia who never been fielded. |

QUOTE(pilotHans @ Sep 7 2006, 12:19 PM) Totti is still working hard to get back to 100% physically, n he oledi said that he wouldn't return for the national team until next year.but now the Don may force to ask Totti to get back... We need Totti, says Don Coach Roberto Donadoni is ready to turn to Francesco Totti in a desperate effort to get Italy's European Championship qualifying campaign back on track. Totti stated last week that he didn't intend to play for the Nazionale again until 2007, but he's likely to get the call after the Azzurri followed up Saturday's 1-1 Lithuania draw with a 3-1 loss in France last night. And with must win games against Ukraine and Georgia coming up next month, Donadoni has hinted he will recall the Roman for those ties. "Italy now need their champions and I trust that two or three of them will be at my disposal in October," noted the former Milan winger. "As for Totti, I know he last said he would not return until next year, but that is not what he had told me. We agreed to speak every once in a while to assess his physical condition. "I will call him, as I will do with the other world champions who were not in Paris. I don't want all the attention focused on Totti, but Italy now really need him." More... |

QUOTE(julchin_09 @ Oct 29 2006, 01:36 PM) it was a crazy game ler. Never thought Seria A could be that thrilling. Especially the end of the game which I missed. Dang.... QUOTE(shadowofevil @ Oct 29 2006, 02:28 PM) i watch the match...great one.....first time i watch italian league football have excitment....hahah oh boy, u guys need to watch more Serie A. dont juz EPL lah. QUOTE(kobe8byrant @ Oct 29 2006, 07:33 PM) i dont know how can a team like inter be happy with a defence containing matterazi and cordoba. its ala newcastle bcoz they still got Samuel n Zanetti. n also Cordoba might b 1 of the most underrated defender in the biz.oh come on, Matrix might looks like a joker (which he actually is 1, lol), but he's a decent CB. |

w00t congratz to Aquilani for making it for the 1st time.
lol Zaccardo ? well i dont know how he doing for Palermo so far this season, but for me, Oddo - althought i hate to say this - is a better RB than him. n wait, isn't it Di Michele should b in there too ? he's been great this term. |
