QUOTE(sinoffire @ Jul 26 2006, 03:11 PM) Yup.QUOTE AC Milan stay in Serie A with their penalty cut from 15 points to eight. Milan have also been allowed to play in the Champions League qualifying rounds this season - having originally been barred from Europe. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/europe/5215178.stm The 3rd round qualifying alrdy got Arsenal & Liverpool... now AC Milan also join the party.... wonder will they meet each other? |

Serie A season delayed
QUOTE The Italian Football League have taken the decision to put the start of the Serie A season back to the weekend of September 9-10. The Serie A and Serie B seasons were due to get underway on August 27, but the fallout from the match-fixing scandal has prompted the change. Juventus have lodged an appeal with the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) against the sanctions imposed on them and Fiorentina and Lazio are expected to follow suit. The results of the appeals may not come until the end of August and the governing body felt it wise to change the start date for the new term which will now run until May 25. http://home.skysports.com/list.asp?hlid=40...+season+delayed |

I think they will have huge revamp on serie A again...I hope more upgrade for juve due to the impact of AC Milan reinstated to play on upcoming CL.
Seriously i prefer 0 point penalty play in serie B instead of more than 15 pts deducted in serie A. Penalty in serie a is a risk to play in serie B next season, whilst play normal in serie B can easily reinstated to serie a next year. |

Azzurri 0 - 2 Croatia
there goes our 25 matches undefeat streak (or is it 26 ?). anyway, there were no WC winners at all in the squad for this match, apart from Amelia who never been fielded. |

So you condone match-fixing in Italy? Juve were lucky not to get relegated to Serie C.Seriously i prefer 0 point penalty play in serie B instead of more than 15 pts deducted in serie A.
