QUOTE(sinoffire @ Jul 12 2006, 01:39 AM) This one fixed already before world cup start. so its a coincidence on the WC'06 itself.QUOTE(sinoffire @ Jul 12 2006, 03:23 PM) Look at the word "COULD". Another crap english media assumption....i dont think its rational or logic enough. Something in quality do not come for free.Lippi has been critized badly just before WC regarding the scandal. Not good timing to psycho people. Now the FIGC can eat his foot, not his curut. Damn..Just late of 24 hours. If not i think he will rejoin Juventus as coach. Juve is his passion. But he will be in Juve ranks one day.(directorial perhaps?) Uscita : Lippi. I think they will have huge revamp on serie A again...I hope more upgrade for juve due to the impact of AC Milan reinstated to play on upcoming CL.
Seriously i prefer 0 point penalty play in serie B instead of more than 15 pts deducted in serie A. Penalty in serie a is a risk to play in serie B next season, whilst play normal in serie B can easily reinstated to serie a next year. |

As I predicted since last year, Aquilani enforced into Azzuri squad now....
Same as Brocchi, lucky Milan just loan them to Fio last year. N doubt this two young guns will be the major force for 2008. Expect to see great performance by Azzurri's Roberto Carlos= Cristian Zaccardo. I rather take Emilio Morrati(Valencia) since doing good in regular now rather than Pasqual fot Turkey match. Bad news : No ADP, good news : No Cassano!!! This time I think Juve player very very little..... Source: goal.com Goalkeepers: Buffon (Juventus), Amelia (Livorno) Defenders: Oddo (Lazio), Zaccardo (Palermo), Barzagli (Palermo), Zambrotta (Barcellona), Materazzi (Inter), Pasqual (Fiorentina), Cannavaro (Real Madrid); Midfielders: Aquilani (Roma), Barone (Torino), Brocchi (Milan), Camoranesi (Juventus), De Rossi (Roma), Mauri (Lazio), Palombo (Sampdoria); Forwards: Rocchi (Lazio), Iaquinta (Udinese), Di Natale (Udinese), Gilardino (Milan). |

QUOTE(fariz @ Feb 3 2007, 08:00 AM) SERIE A AND B SUSPENDED I love extremes...no wonder i love serie A so much. Action speak louder than words!! Fanatic! Fanatic! Fanatic! No hooligan, no fun of soccer....but please no racism! The Serie A and B Championships have been suspended after the death of a policeman in the Catania riots. FIGC President Luca Pancalli made the announcement this evening. "We will immediately set up a permanent round table commission to discuss the situation between sport and politics. It's not possible to carry on like this. If this is football, then I'm stopping everything." The Sicilian derby, eventually won 2-1 by Palermo this evening, had been interrupted after 57 minutes due to crowd trouble when tear gas floated on to the pitch. While play resumed and the final whistle sanctioned the Rosanero's victory, the problems intensified outside the Stadio Massimino. A large group of Catania supporters engaged in a full-scale riot with the police and one officer, 38-year-old Filippo Raciti, was killed when struck in the face by a homemade bomb. It's now reported that hundreds of people have been rushed to the local hospital with injuries, although none are thought to be life threatening. This tragic incident comes just a week after Ermanno Licursi, director of Calabrian amateur side Sanmartinese, was killed in a fight with opposition players after the final whistle of a Serie D game against Cancellese. The Amateur League was suspended and this latest shameful scenario has pushed the FIGC to take similar action with Serie A, B, C and the Youth Championships. - Football Italia EDIT : But killing is just way too much spice. No good This post has been edited by rEDs: Feb 4 2007, 10:14 PM |

QUOTE(Chrisky @ Mar 28 2007, 10:30 AM) no worry, Gigi is declared as fit to face Scotland. Its good to have Puma rather than pricey Nike....off course due to we are Malaysian majorly cant afford those.Perrotta also went thru the training without any problem, so he gonna b fit. btw FIGC n Puma had signed a new deal. so the Azzurri's shirts will continue to b Puma's until 2014. |

My prediction of some rarities in Azzuri squad.
I think Casseti will make to the euro 2008. Damn very keng stopper! ....and Cassano will not make it, too much striker perform well this year! ....and Maresca will make to euro if sevilla can get top 4 in spain! Best serie B player ?
