Week 7 Serie A results...
Ascoli 2 - 1 Sampdoria Cagliari 0 - 2 Milan Empoli 1 - 0 Roma Inter 5 - 0 Livorno Juventus 1 - 0 Messina Lazio 1 - 0 Fiorentina Palermo 2 - 2 Chievo Parma 1 - 1 Treviso Reggina 2 - 0 Lecce Siena 2 - 3 Udinese on a side note, Di Michele scored a hattrick for Udinese. So the lesson is : don't juz put ur eyes on Iaquinta, n forget the other 2 blades of Udinese's trident. |

Bonera suffers injury setback
Struggling Parma have been handed another blow after Daniele Bonera picked up a new injury. The defender limped out of the warm-up ahead of the Treviso game yesterday with a muscle strain that will force him on to the sidelines yet again. The stopper, who has already missed a few games this term because of a previous fitness setback, will now be unavailable for the immediate future. "He'll undergo a number of tests at the end of this week," stated Parma medical chief Massimo Manara. More... ================================================ hope the injuries doesn't hav effect on him. I pick him ahead of Zaccardo for Azzurri anytime. |

Di Natale Saves Udinese
A goal by the Italian forward 4 minutes from time salvaged a point for the Friulani against Werder Bremen. More... ================================================= after Iaquinta n Di Michele, finally Di Natale made the headline this time. He juz don't wan to be left out, isn't he ? |

Lippi denies Panucci talks
Marcello Lippi has denied reports that he has arranged to meet up with Christian Panucci for peace talks. "I have no need to see him," he said. It was widely reported in Italy today that the national Coach had decided to bury the hatchet with the Roma full-back in light of the Azzurri's need for a reliable right-back. However, Lippi denied unequivocally any intention on his part to hold clear-the-air talks with the former Chelsea man. "I haven't arranged any meeting," he said. "I don't see why I should see him." More... =================================================== i think Lippi take it too personal. Panucci is doing great this season. Alrite, mayb no calling him in the squad, but at least considering him. Now Lippi is like completely ignore him. |
