Any Prof service for - Extra Beam (wood) + ALuminium sheet at roof

Is that any prof provide this type of service? WHere
1) Re-align the whole roof top to prevent leaking
2) Underlayer with aluminium for cooling
3) Extra beam (wood) for prevent thief from roof top

What will be the cost like?

* I asked my existing contractor to do, and he keep given ton of excuse, hence was thinking to ask other just to do the roof job.

i think any work involving re-aligh the roof top is not small job, furthermore u want to add radiant for cooling. in fact my renovation is going to do the same.
just ask your existing contractor to quote, my guess is be prepared with more than 5k!

In fact, it already start work since Monday...but with Zink as well

Prevent thief from roof top, you noneed to have extra beam, like what you do now add zink sheet already more than enough.

Sorry, now I'm going ZInk + Alumimium foil.

your roof is 22X45, did not put the foil under the car porch i guess?
so u r not using Moniar Radenshield Woven? what brand n where did u buy it?

Maybe you can check with GP-GMT Insulation Solutions Sdn Bhd (GP-GMT). I think they have it under their premium package.

I'm using Matt-Foil (MF 2). I also put at car porch but without zink...

All external work have done, they will do internal onward, putting the wood, proper seat off from bottom.
