looks scary.. as long no error code 43 in your graphic card, I think it's ok.. maybe your monitor..

Yes. You can still use it for everyday use for a while. After that it'll just go down hill till it burns.

where is dead pixel?

using latest graphic driver?

download FURMARK. run STRESS test.

if you card can survive it over the next few minutes without crashing, artifacts or whatever - then the card is fine.

next is to find out which games or where does it appear.
