u will be very busy. Assignment is alot and all dateline usually same week.

if u are new like still in first year, study hard. Get your cgpa as high as possible. coz one u enter 2nd year and 3rd the subject just get tougher and harder to score
some subject become just to pass not to score

some class are boring and yes if u want u can skip them. But bare in mind every class u miss u are still paying rm50 for tat 2 hour class u missed. So at least go. Plus if your attendance is bad, u will have a hard time convincing the dean for anything u trying to appeal.

and mostly mech study have no time for gal. They are just too busy seriously including me

i was a 1st class students and now i am just surviving. It not easy as ppl say it was. I could say MMU mech course is one of the toughest. I have seen others uni similar course and none of them come close to our toughness

Plus attendance play a important role. I always told my junior not to ponteng class coz it vital later on. Now dean see your attendance for any appeal, if it bad u have a hard time trying to convince him to approve your appeal. It already hard to convince him with full 100% attendance but with bad attendance it worse

every one have the temptation to skip. i dont blame them even i sometime have the temptation to skip class especially when u dunno wat the lecturer singing in front.

oh ya, now attendance play a role to lecturer also. If u skip his class too much, well u will have to lot answering to do when he asked u why

tough as in what come out in final exam not necessary correspond to what you study
Assignment is mainly not tough but need alot of team work and time to finish it. Tat y it tough.

ever since mmu change their final exam question to more of designing question from tutorial based question. The toughest of exam increased
So students are asked to design in their question than rather just plug in formula and calculate the answer. So your understanding must be very good. IF u like cukup makan, then no chance for u to get A

Depends, if the lecturer is nice, he/she might give some tips for sub or set easier style question.
but dont depend on your luck, if u dont study, u will not pass sub even if given extra tips

no need, u have the option to take or not to take. If u willing try your luck

If u take and fail again, u will drag your cgpa down further. If u are not confident enough, u might as well dont take sub and retake the whole subject itself next sem or watsoever when offered.
coz even if u fail sub, u have to retake the subject again. It more direct route.

Then again, it depend if u have study or not and u have the confident or not. If u start now u might still have the chance

unless u MC or valid letter of absence, your max grad for sub is A+.

if u like fail the final paper, and u is given sub. Your max grad is oni C+ if i not mistaken

dunno.. i nvr take sub b4 i just ask my frend oni

Fees: expensive <- expensive during my time, recently got new policy, so not sure what the fee now
Quality of lecturers: unknown <- some lecturer sing song infront dunno what they saying
Quality of cert: better than mmu, international cert <- if u engineering, your degree is laku in watever country under Washington accord
Acceptance of cert: unknown, because if I study at there then I'll be the white mouse <-every job interview mostly see your performance during interview. If u got Degree from MIT, but cant speak proper English. Then it no use also how high your cert it
Standard and toughness of Syllabus: Not sure <- not sure, nvr got a chance to see their engineering notes to compare

Mmu:
Fees: cheaper <-this i not so sure, but they say inti cheaper.
Quality of lecturers: unknown as well, but at least they're teaching for quite a few years ald <- dont put your hope too high up yet.
Quality of cert: no need to compare, local cert <- local cert? i have frend working in singapore and aus with MMU cert lol
Acceptance of cert: Quite widely accepted at Malaysia. <- apply as above, as long under Washington accord, your cert laku
Standard and toughness of Syllabus: Should be tough <- cant really score during 3rd or 4th year.. your chance to maintain high cgpa is during your 1st and 2nd year when the subject is easier
