MMu sux lah.. Everytime I have paid tuition fees but still barred me from exam.

I have already paid one month ago. Still barred. Attendence list is nearly full so I'm not sure what wrongs do you mean. Everytime I have to travel back to school to cleared it without given any reasons. I wonder what if other students are far away from school.

Here's a combination of the errors I got from exam slip, exam schedule and my fees has been paid in full on 26th April. I'm not sure why this always happens to me And my exam is due next week.

Yes. They will then send it back to you as a confirmation they have received it.

And the reason is, system not updated. After 1min, okay done you may leave now.

Have emailed yesterday. Maybe have to wait Monday for their reply. Can't even register my subjects

Final exam haven't over yet so I guess it's not about my GPA since the message given also because I'm financially barred. But then they allow us to pre-register subjects since 6th May. Btw thanks for all the infos. Guess I have to ask the staff there personally

Added on May 15, 2011, 1:42 pmTry to rent a house in Bukit Beruang there which is much more convenient, such as foods and convenience stores. I heard many people complain when staying at apartment units such as too noisy.

If you have a car, you can stay at Taman Merbok beside Melaka Mall there, 6-10min drive from school. The houses quite big, double storey, last year I saw the price of renting the whole house for RM800 per month. Also quite some international students stay there. Melaka mall has a cinema, Mcd and opposite is Jusco.

Yeah you would lead a more normal life living in a house. Not very sure bout segregation issues in apartments.

Price is about RM300 per room monthly in bkt Beruang area.

Yup.. But I thought you should have got the offer letter already. Also there will be some big free gifts during registration day

Renting cost RM300 per month if you stay alone.
Internet connection, electricity and water maybe would add on RM100.
Entertainment and misc RM100.
Transportation RM50

You could survive with RM1k every month. Excluding house and internet deposits.

Probably wouldn't be a scam. All rentals need a certain deposits. Some even more than that. But just to be cautious, if possible, ask him to provide ownership documents for you to see, and whether he would let you go in and check around the house before you rent.

As there are cases in KL where trespassers are scamming people by renting out apartments and car parks illegally. If you find the deal is fishy, try other rentals or stay in MMu hostel for a period of time first until you're clear with the surroundings over there only shift out. In other words, take your time.

Perhaps you should give him a date on when you'll be going there and see what's his response. I only will give deposits and rentals on the spot. If you feel that he is trustworthy you can pay him deposit first. But I don't think you have to pay RM750 first. Maybe RM50 or RM100. But in your case I'm not sure he will refund back your deposit if you dislike the room upon checking. Try searching for a few other available rentals as a backup.

Yes you have to do checkups and X-ray. And that's the most rediculous thing I've ever heard in my life

Why sometimes it's okay then sometimes financially barred even though I have paid full fees and sit for my final exam. Is this frequently happen?

Can anyone explain what is elective subject? Is it select other courses major or core subject?

Thanks for the reply. So does that mean it's not suppose to be core or major subjects but could be other foundation subjects as long as it's not included in my course structure?

And can I take engineering subject as elective eventhough I am business student?

So where could I check the list? Hehe is it I have to go FBL 5th floor there ask?
