We apply for ptptn loan at the end of foundation year or during the 1st trimester of beta year? can anyone help to answer?

Im looking for a single room in mmu cyberjaya campus. X.x i know it's hard to look for single room these days...but if senior or someone is graduating, pls send me a pm on the details of the room. I hope it's near to the small gate at the end of Cyberia where the students enter the campus daily by walking.
