A good university will definitely hire professional lecturers and provide excellent facilities. IPTAs usually have the latter one while the former is only done in top IPTA universities. Though, the number of good lecturers may be more in a good university  . The things i hate about IPTA are their slacking attitude and bad service. Makes u feel like u are serving them instead of them serving u. Everyday mau ikut ckp mereka even though its not logic. Well...I'll see wat is MMU's own standard with my own 2 eyes and brain soon this is wrong, to serve or be served does not apply in an educational institution. not even start entering classes already expect the lecturers to serve you?
