I thought the link is different to what TS posted?

What TS posted is paid app availability (for end users)

Yours is paid app distribution (for developers)

Oh ya ka? Coz I can't open the link that he posted. Then I scoured the net and found another link. lol sorry for the blunder.

But if Devs can distribute paid apps in our country, it should also mean our country's users can buy them, right?

Anyway, annoyed that the prices in Market is in USD. Buying in dollars still feels expensive.

Hrmm found the link that shows paid apps availability, instead of the dev shenanigans:

http://www.google.com/support/androidmarke...n&answer=143779

Weirdly enough, I found that the topic number is the same as TS posted, but one hosted on market.android, and another in google.com/support/androidmarket

Anyway, my intention is to provide a working link, as me myself is looking for hard evidence for this thing as well. Sorry if I flooded the thread with unnecessary posts.

Got my Galaxy Tab and SGS II successfully access to paid apps but failed on the Motorola Atrix ( even after clear data, reset ) - maybe is the cooked rom affecting it ?

Nope. I'm using CM7 on my Desire Z. Only thing from a totally full fledged Market is the missing featured apps carousel and the currency appearing in USD.

Now ppl don't have excuse to pirate apps anymore. lolll

AFAIK, the 15 minute window only activates after the download completes, and the money will only be charged after the 15 minute window. So the refund is effectively a 'don't charge me'.

Also, if you've refunded on an app before, and would like to try the same app again, the refund policy will not apply to you for the 2nd 'purchase'.
