when i do a factory reset on the fon, and reboot i am stuck at the left and right keys blinking stage

my Galaxy is on Froyo 2.2 and rooted ( i din do the upgrade and rooting myself as i am a noob)
when i do a factory reset on the fon, and reboot i am stuck at the left and right keys blinking stage what should i do now? thanks |

can anyone help me
i tried to factory reset my SGs, but when the fon reboot it hanged on a black screen and the 2 capacitive button flashing and SGs vibrating pls help thanks |
