Yeah, I heard a few complaints about not being able to get CF-Root tweak tool to work even after flashing CF-Root after Damian, didn't confirm it myself though.

App like 'Meditation Helper' can't works well on GB, in order to make it works, you need to ensure screen is always light on.
Game like 'Fruit Ninja' does not run as smooth as Froyo rom. Sometime feel lag while playing.
But the most annoying me is the battery performance not as good as Froyo rom.
I never try stock GB rom before, maybe the stock rom will run better than custom rom?

odexed: straight stock from samsung
deodexed: can flash themes, battery icons, other enhancements to the rom. all custom roms are deodexed.

Anyone tried TweakyROM?

I've tried:

Juwe - theme is black based and notification is too transparent to be of use. Flashing any theme doesn't really work as only some framework is changed. ROM is smooth but not as smooth as GoaTrip.
GoaTrip - Using DamianGTO kernel so naturally I skipped using it fully. ROM was smooth though, and he seem to be using a modded TW4 (not fully TW4 but somekind of TW4)
Edit: Rom might be smoother in GoaTrip because of the modded TW4, it's very light.
Edit2: GoaTrip phone is slower in turning on after a sleep, migth be due to DamianGTO kernel?
Edit3: After using for a bit more, only launcher interface is smooth, Settings and Messaging etc is still the same as Juwe.

I'm using Tweaky's rom so far so good. love the SGS II's looks having problem login facebook SNS but tat shld be my own problem after I installed SGS II's social hub. till now the facebook thing kept expiring, asking me to login, so basically I cant sync my facebook to my contacts
hmm... haven't restore all my apps so cant really say about it's performance. maybe I'll think to convert to ext4

i've recently tried both too

i liked Goatrip, really smooth. but when i updated to 1.9, i had serious freezing issues, when opening games like paradise island, it would suddenly freeze and no matter how long i waited, it still wont unfreeze. so i had to remove the battery every time..zzz

then i flashed to Juwe 4.2, it was ok. but kinda boring for me. and at the dock at the bottom, there was only the application/home button...no phone, messages and browser app..so that was a pain for me.

and now im on MIUI and life is good again! haha

makes me scary. i got gurl's voice there. i tot apa. btw. i think ext4 may posibbly brick my sd card, am i right?

never heard of that. wont I suppose. hahaha... tat's Linda, telling hw many minutes left it's quite scary if u're not aware of it at night. lol
