it allows a few more options and u don need a voodoo integrated kernel to have voodoo sound. say u're running on XXX kernel which doesn't support voodoo sound, with Voodoo Control Plus, u can load d kernel module and thus enjoy d benefits of voodoo sound, regardless of the custom kernel u're running

open task manager n clear all yr ram, then try again.

it was there bcoz Darky inserts the app into it's rom for official Samsung GB rom, for sure u wont be getting it

there're downloads under 2 headings, one's With bootloader, the other's without. Make sure u download the one With bootloader, then u'll get 3 files, flash them accordingly. you don't have to tick "Phone Bootloader Update" since it's included in PDA, it'll be flashed anyway.

If u don't have recovery mode and laggy/corrupted boot animation, most likely u din have an updated bootloader

EDIT: if u don't have the updated bootloader, flash it over here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1047924. remember to tick "Phone Bootloader Update"

NOTE: It's not recommended to flash bootloader alone. some Gingerbread has different bootloaders. make sure the above is compatible wif ur GB. better to flash the whole rom.

yea, I only experience laggy boot animation last time too. if it's laggy then shld be ok, corrupted then u nid the bootloader

yea, boot on animation is laggy, but boot off is smooth now not laggy anymore I think on Froyo btw
speaking about preparation, I've out the few days ago, din prepare a thing
