What handle rubber? Don't think it's any wider than the stock LC switch eh?
Which switch you talking? The light or engine on/off switch?

I think that swingarm can masuk 3 inch wheel. So, the front should be at least 2.5 inch wide also. Stock fork can masuk ah?

Unless u getting thosed high end shock which cost more than 1k+ and imported from USA. that one will be good but for the lower end all originated from Thailand only. Quality so so only... The best is take the original monoshock and ask the mechanic rebuild it and they will insert new oil inside for the damping that suit our riding styles.

preferrably on Saturday because after one day ride on saturday.. u can have enough rest on sunday.. if can't i maybe until like another 1 month later only i can go out d.. Korea trip on mid June..then probably after i come back.. study another week then got test or exam d.. habis looo.... i short sem this coming sem... so my time would be hectic i predict..
