Actually im still thingking of another mod maybe can try TK Big head Valves 22/18 FZ 57MM Diasil block a 26mm Nouvo LC carbs + Kawahara K1 camshaft + TKRJ rod from Japan + racing bearing with cryogenic treatments. Maybe will longer lasting. but i think this will pump up more than 20HP if properly port polish and tune up.

tk big valve = rm500+

fz blok = rm330 +

carb = u pergi gorek

kawahara = rm140 +/-

tkrj = rm100-110

racing bearing .. = 150+ per biji .( if not misataken)

upah = rm150++

i think the fella there talk c*ck... i tried 120 and above before.. ride slow2 only.. 80km/h d.. zzz... sedangkan my bike wan to rev until 80 using 3rd gear.. rpm already hit 7-8k..

The TK valves only not so expensive laa but the head need to take to shop and machine to a bigger cup than only the valves can sit nicely on the head. Carb want go kang tau LC nouvo 135 de If TKRJ rod with cryogenic treatments is more expensive but not sure we can do that kinda treaments in malaysia or not. If can do ourselves is cheaper alot lor. Than bring the head and the valves do treatments also can prolong engine life and parts durability.

hmm but 120% means the new tire circumference is bigger by 20% than stock, it shud be heavier or is the other way round

I m still confuse here....need enlightenment....

The head expensive laa btw they also take to CNC or foundry shop to cut only. and than port polish themselves.

the higher it is.. the lighter the meter.. meaning.. sama only macam guna lc meter.. the lower it is.. the heavier the meter.. =)

and in this forum.. itsuki aka jing is using the koso meter same like urs.. 5 settings wan..

mine is 1st gen 4 settings.. and he is using 98% same like what i recommended him.. and our speed is equal.. =)
