I will usually get 3-4 bars if using open connection. If using locale, will get 2-3 bars. not sure why..
only using 512k streamyx  |

don't bother understanding BO connection. was in SG using 10mb fibre optic line also get 3 bars vs japanese.
best way to get 4 bars is to host the game, meaning partying up, to get majority players from MY. |
