On the topic of tires, I would like to get some feedback.

Do you guys put NEW tires in FRONT or BEHIND?

well, it depends. 
actually, quite a number of us prefer wet condition 
btw, new tires placement is much depends on the driving style and car setup ; ie, running wheels.

they only realize how important the grip and traction are when they venture into other
ppl's car / drain.
fine example ; a friend of mine insisted on falken 522 against my advice. recently, he ventured into a drain
and then he realize it was the tires that didn't stop in time. not his twinpot 

and if we ever noticed, quite a lot of cars out there are running with cheap tires which even beat the slicks in
tread looks, in other term, ' botak'

Anyone got recommendation tyre for me ? I'm using a MAzda 2 15" . I want good grip , tyre doesn't have to be too long lasting , can last 30 k km also enough ady since i'm only using the car for bout a year more . I want a good grip tyre under 300 bucks . I was looking at Michelline PS3 , what you guys recommend ? I take corners like to go fast
