Im currently on michelin ps3 195/50/ r15 with my saga blm, gonna change tyre soon any recomended replacement alternative.

Recently ive changed 4 of my tires at a michelin auth dealer in ipoh. I changed to pilot sport 3. Upon checking the manufacturing date they were manufactured on week 24 2011. Am I being cheated with them selling old tyres ?
