your tires pressure is fine. perhaps, you need to wait a little longer until the tires fully run-in.

on the earlier reply, i posted the basic method to identify if it was the wheel bearing that caused the noise.
anyway, to be more detailed, how old is your car? was your ride tend to be quite bumpy lately?
since car is not around, kinda hard to pinpoint the reason. am not a mechanic either. just sharing a knowledge.
if it was the wheel bearing problem, the humming sound will be noticeable even at 30km/h.
other than wheel bearing. worn out or hardened lower arm bushes may caused the humming sound.
your engine mounting is fine?
Hoho, yesterday checked tyre pressure at fuel station, the tyre shop pump 250kpa for each tyre, thats why feel bumpy like hell
...after that i release the pressure until 10kpa more than my car recommended, what i feel is truely soft and silent tyre.
