Basically if the its only a puncture u can reseal it but judging from ur pic looks like its more to a tear, i believe even the steel braided embedded is affected.. my question is, is these tyres still can be used? my own idea is use a tube inside.. but technician dont allow it.. So don't really think u can salvage it, coz when put under pressure that part of the tire would become the weakest point on ur tyre, u know what happen when pressure build up there, kapooow blown tyre
